Andy Wheeler’s coaching career is defined by exceptional player development and proven results at the highest levels of the sport. Over the past 30 years, he has coached and mentored over 30 players who have secured scholarships to top US colleges, providing them with world-class education and competitive opportunities. His coaching has led to multiple National Titles, including Gold Medals at the National Teams Events in the U12 and U14 divisions, as well as players achieving national rankings and representing New Zealand in international competitions. Andy’s ability to develop elite athletes, tactical intelligence, and mental resilience has consistently produced players who compete successfully on the national and global stage, reinforcing his reputation as one of New Zealand’s most accomplished high-performance coaches.
